I specialize in the use of scientific, economic, business and financial information in public-interest litigation. I've worked on many tort, antitrust and fraud cases over the past ten years, with settlements totaling well over $1 billion. I serve both public and private clients. I know the pharmaceutical industry very well. I'm highly experienced in the manipulation, assessment and analysis of large (over 200 GB) corporate datasets with Microsoft SQL Server, Access and Excel. I've estimated damages and developed allocation plans in numerous cases. I'm also very familiar with Daubert and Frye standards for preparing, using and defending such evidence, and for challenging the evidence, methods and conclusions of opposing experts.
