OUR MONTHLY CLUB MEETING FOR DECEMBER:

Our regular monthly meeting will be held at 7 PM on Thursday, December 15th, at the Park Slope United Methodist Church, 6th Ave. & 8th Street in the basement (enter through the garden gate on 6th Ave). Map

AGENDA:

• At our December 15, 2005, meeting, we will nominate candidates for the Club's annual election meeting, which will be held on January 19, 2006 At the December meeting, we shall nominate candidates for Club officers (President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary, Recording Secretary) and for members-at-large of the Executive Committee. Nominations from the floor are in order at the December meeting. At the January 19 meeting additional nominations may be made only by petition signed by 10 Club members.
• Voting eligibility:
  You are eligible to vote in the Club's Annual Election on January 19, if:
  • You were a 2005 dues paid member on or before November 19, 2005.
  • You joined the Club and paid your 2006 dues on or before November 19, 2005.
  • You were a 2004 dues paid member and paid your 2005 dues on or before December 31, 2005. In this case you must specify that you are paying your 2005 dues (which expire on April 1, 2006) or else you will be assumed to be paying your dues for 2006 and will not be eligible to vote in Club elections until 2 months after the date you pay dues.

NEXT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING:

The next regular Executive Committee meeting will take place at  pm on Wednesday, December 21, 2005. The Executive Committee generally meets on the Wednesday after the monthly Club meeting.

The January ExComm meeting wil be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2006

We hold our ExComm meetings in the basement at 1205 8th Ave., between 12th and 13th Streets, in Park Slope. Map

Any Club member may attend ExComm meetings. It is important that ExComm members attend all our meetings.
