Comments: The Death of Customer Service

I still don't have MGP3. The twitching, shakes, and convulsions have begun. Uncontrollable sweating followed by full body cramps will soon be moving in unless I can get my fix.

See! A front line full of a bunch of fucktards, and right behind them even more fucktards...they are everywhere, my friend, traversing the entire chain of command...leading back right up the the fuctard in chief himself...there should be a license to kill fucktards...or at least that Hand-of-God slap that was in that video game (what was that game called...with the black and white box?)...

Fucking Fucktards!

i HATE Time Warner.
i hate them to the bredth and width of my being.
i also hate that if you are wired for time warner and you want cable....eff you
you get whatever they decide to give you.
however they decide to serve it.
Jenai has had Time warner Cable modem for 2 months and it has been down THREE times.
she works from home a few days a week and that means that she cant actually work.
they basically told her that they dont know why its out but they will get a tech out there in 2 weeks (!!?!?!?!?!?)
and as a token of their appreciation to her as a customer, she gets to take a day off because they will only do it between 4p and 6p.
shes been a customer for ooooh 12 years.
she told the manager of customer service that her 56k dial-up was better than the cable modem.
and the CSM said "wow it sounds like it."

back in the day when i had Time Warner, they had me on a "to be monitored" list as they were SURE i was going to come down there after one of our weekly arguments.
and it doesnt take much....just make me believe that you are actually sorry and i will be nice.

i am soooooo happy that i now have cablevision.
almsot 2 years of service here and not one tiny incident or lovers quarrel on the phone.
me + cablevision TLF
