Comments: Opinions?
I'm not an HR guy, but I've looked at many resumes and interviewed many people -- all for very low level positions though, so keep that in mind:
I think your job experience speaks for itself, and after reading the whole resume, I could not have cared less what you put in the summary. I would shorten up the summary and add more bullet points that show direct experience. Personally, unless something really jumps out at me in a summary, what you write there has no influence on whether I call you back or not. And the only thing that jumps out at me is the "Extensive international operations management experience" - everything else sounds like buzzzzzzzz.....
