Comments: Nothing like a quick shootdown....
Hi, I just tanked at an HSBC interview... I actually said, 'I don't need to shine' meaning I don't need the glory... doh! So... my plan has been... focus on the whole process in waves: apply to 10 things, follow up with a call, do whatever results, take a deep breath and talk to yourself about being able to deal with rejection, apply to 10 jobs, follow yada yada yada.
