Comments: Onward!

Yeah so I buy a suit about once a year. I purchased a new suit this year and it is ... charcoal with grey pinstripes.

Some advise on the style though:
- two button is much more popular right now over three button
- I can't think of what they're called, but the popular style right now on the back of the jacket seems to be to have two "slits" instead of one in the middle ... different look
- flat front pants are more contemporary than pleated pants
- the current style is to NOT have your shirt sleeves showing slightly when wearing the jacket but I couldn't handle that ...
- I didn't get cuffs on my most recent pants; again, a matter of taste and style. All my other suits have cuffs and I wanted something different .. YMMV

I remember the "interview guru" coming and talking to us at MU about interviews. His advice was dark suit black or grey, white shirt, and dark tie. He suggested there's some psychology behind colors you wear, and suggested buying dark red/maroon ties.

But I don't buy this crap. I've never remembered anybody I've interviewed other than people who don't dress well or don't wear a suit. So just get a professional looking suit, shower and shave, don't wear too much aftershave, and you'll be fine.
