Stapler is another great reason to use Radio Userland. I rather like the way everything fits together in Radio Userland, from automatic upstreaming to automatic RSS generation to the built-in RSS aggregator. I hope with Stapler I'll be able to scrape any site that captures my fancy.

Somebody compiled a study ranking the 64 largest cities by commitment to literacy. The study factors in things like newspaper circulation to library and bookstore penetration. Cincinnati did quite well (top 10! Go, Cincinnati!). Nashville did fairly well, too.

This is incredibly funny. It's also the world's longest HTML page, but take your time, read the whole thing (probably not at one sitting), and enjoy. He's got other funny stuff sprinkled throughout his site.
