Here's a direct link to Amazon's page about syndication through RSS. It looks to me like you get RSS from their existing web services interface just by specifying a different format parameter.

Cool! Dave Winer reports in Technology at Harvard Law that the same information that's available through Amazon's Web Services interface is also available in RSS 0.91.
