Performer/Song writer's permission/royalty agreement

        I, __________________, give Kludge Audio permission to use:





as performed at _______________ (place), _________ (date), as part of a 
sound recording.  All rights of duplication and broadcast for this 
performance only are to be transferred to Kludge Audio.  This applies to 
the initial matrix and pressing run as well as any additional pressings 
until/unless revoked by mutual agreement between the performer(s) and 
Kludge Audio.  I believe, unless indicated below, that I am the sole 
owner of the rights to this song, or that any other rights are in the 
public domain.  This agreement, however, does not obligate Kludge Audio 
to publish this song or any part thereof.

All other rights to this song are retained by the performer(s).  This 
contract is not exclusive and does not prohibit the performer from also
making use of this sound recording.

In return for the use of this song, Kludge Audio agrees to pay the performer
$0.06 per released copy per song, after the first 2000 released copies 
of the CD or digital downloads are sold.  In the case of performances with 
multiple performers, this royalty will be evenly distributed among the 
performers.  Royalties are to be paid within 180 days after distribution 
of released copies or downloads.
