7 of us had great time swimming and relaxing at the pool on Saturday 8/13. In my attempt to dodge the rain I again rescheduled the outing, this time for Saturday. It was a good call because we had great weather. 5 of us did a 3 hour hike in the adjacent Norvin Green State Forest. We only saw 2 others on the scenic trail; it made us feel we had the forest all to ourselves. The pool was clean and refreshing. Swimming there after a hike is very satisfying. We also were able to see Amanda and Oded's little baby girl Noa for the first time! Thanks to Denise, Suzanne, Theresa, Susan, et al for celebrating my birthday. This is a great place for the group to meet. I hope to have others join us for another trip next year!
