You'll find many wonderful sites by the Delaware River (75 family sites, three group sites and several areas for backcountry camping). Group site A is an open field. I prefer sites B and C because they're wooded.

The river is great for swimming, boating and fishing. If you like to hike, then visit Sunfish Pond, an unspoiled glacial lake. The Appalachian Trail also runs through the park.

Modern chemical toilets are near the group sites. Family campers can use flush toilets and hot showers. No pets.

Driving directions: Take Interstate 80 West to the last exit in New Jersey (Millbrook-Flatbrook). From the off ramp, drive north (go right; turning left would take you under the highway) for 3 miles. The park entrance is on the left.
