There are two family campgrounds in the park: Copake Falls and Rudd Pond. You can swim or boat in Rudd Pond (the park rents boats). Hiking and nature trails are in the park; for example, you can climb Bash Bish Mountain to Sunset Rock, or hike past Bash Bish Falls. For a day-long hike, take the South Taconic Trail from the park into the mountains. Or you can bicycle along roads inside and outside the park.
