Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Please note: This is not the really yummy chocolate chip cookie recipe. The Really Yummy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe is from Cook's Illustrated. That recipe does not call for Crisco (a hydrogenated soybean oil).

Preheat oven to 375. Beat together

2/3 c Crisco
2/3 c butter
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar

Mix in

1 T vanilla
2 eggs
3 c flour
1 T baking soda?
12 oz. chocolate chips

Bake 10-15 minutes

I'm still working on the proportions of flour, egg and baking soda.
