Hola. I'm busy basting a 28-lb turkey to share my favorite holiday with 15 Argentine friends. They enjoy participating by making sweet potatos and fruit pies -- and bringing the wine! -- making it all the merrier. Enjoy the holiday with the family. I'm there in spirit!

I went to a concert of Tibetan bowls last Sunday. I'd never heard so many at one time. We all lay in a circle with our heads toward the center where the bowls were. The players struck them with cloth-covered mallets. It was soft, bell-like, full of odd harmony and strange reverberations, from quite low to high "ting" sounds. At the end, we sent energies toward any loved ones who were ill. I sent you my energy. Have a peaceful and joyous holiday.
