Pulp and Rare Paperbacks: On-Line StoresIf you're interested in pulp magazines, you may want to read some of the original stories. Stories by the greatest authors of the pulps -- such as H.P. Lovecraft or Raymond Chandler -- are frequently reprinted, and it's easy to find them in collections that are still in print. Other works, such as the Doc Savage novels, were reprinted extensively in the '60's and '70's, and these paperbacks should be fairly easy to find in used bookstores. Locating the original pulps, or some of the more obscure reprints, can be pretty tough. If you're looking for something unusual, your best bet is to turn to on-line bookstores that specialize in rare or hard-to-find books. Here are a few sites you can turn to:
