In the PWGeA/UFWS he held the Light-Heavyweight Title an unprecedented four times, and spent more time in the possession of that belt than anyone else in the federation. (Von Klaw was close behind in both areas, though.) Even in these early days, Bobby was known for his work with charities.
When the PWGeA/UFWS folded, Bobby went into semi-retirement. He remained in obscurity until the formation of the ESW. There he dominated the Light- Heavyweight much as he had in the UFWS, winning the title four times before the ESW changed management to become the USeW, and holding the title for just over half the federations existence.
Early on in the ESW, he locked horns with Valentine the Magician, their first feud ending in a brutal first blood match in which Bobby broke Valentine's jaw. Later he feuded with "Simply the Best" Barry Bromowitz. Barry's title of "The People's Champion" came about as a result of a non-title match with Bobby who held the Light-Heavy belt at the time. Barry won and got a title shot the next week, which he lost.
It was also in the ESW that Bobby's charity work came most to the forefront. He worked with The Elder Cousins of America and his favorite project, Wrestling As Special Help (WASH). This work is what led to his being voted Face of the Year for 1994 in the e-Wrestling Achievement Awards.
At the Sixth Summit of e-Wrestling, Bobby proved to the world that good clean wrestling and a sense of fairplay are enough to succeed by winning the Slick Ric Tournament and taking his place with the other winners in the annals of e-Wrestling history.
His last round opponent in the Slick Ric Tournament was the Electric Youth, who later arranged a rematch with Bobby. In that match, the Youth put his PCW Championship Belt, which he had owned since the collapse of the PCW, on the line. Despite a pre-match fireball thrown by a third party, Bobby managed to eke out the win and become PCW Heavyweight Champion, his first ever Heavyweight belt (even if it was from a defunct federation).
In 1995, the EWF inaugurated the Tiger Mask Invitational Tournament where the best Lightheavyweights from all the SWA(Summit Wrestling Alliance) Federations met. Bobby was offered the Legends slot, and was triumphant, defeating the Jack of Diamonds in the finals.
Continuing his tour of the federations, Bobby was then invited to the EWC's Interfederational Invasion - Night of the Iron Men. He was triumphant in the Round Robin Tournaments, and went on to face Max Moose for the EWC World Heavyweight Title. He triumphed in that match to become the EWC World Heavyweight Champion.
In 1996, Bobby again went to the Tiger Mask Invitational hosted by the EWF. In the third round he faced long-time nemesis Barry Bromowitz and was defeated. Barry went on to win the tournament.
In August 1996, the e-wrestling Hall of Fame was opened and Bobby had the honor of being one of two singles wrestlers (the other being Brewster Cogburn) to be inducted. At the Night of the Legends card to be held the day after the Hall of Fame induction, Bobby will be featured in a four corners match with Brewster Cogburn, Roker Showtime and Death Croc.

FLASH/INTERVIEW:
Bobby "The Cavalier" Windsor is in an old ESW training gym,
on all sides kids of all ages are training and working out under the
eye's of ESW and USeW jobbers (and you think you might see a few
superstars here and there as well). Bobby finishes instructing
one of the older kids in a martial arts strike then faces the
camera. "These kids are using Wrestling As Special Help to try
to get their lives in order, to try to become the best that they can
be. I am getting a chance to be the best that I can be as well in
a few short weeks - I'm going back to the Slick Ric. Winning the
Ric last year was one of the greatest moments of my career, and one
I'd like to repeat. But as all these kids know, it only means something
if you deserve it. So, I'll be playing hard, but I always PLAY
NICE!" He turns back to where a group of kids have lined up and
begins to lead them in a kata.
