After five mix sessions adding up to about 20 hours, we came to the end of the first pass through the film. It could be that we're nearly done, or that we'll spot more problem areas as we start the second pass next week--I think we became a little more exacting as we went along, so we may have to work more on the first reel. Eventually Paul will dump the soundtrack on to a VHS copy so that Robin and I can take it home and listen to it on bad TV speakers instead of expensive studio speakers. After all, most of the people who see this film will probably see video copies.
