I started the day by making a list of scenes to sacrifice if the schedule continues to slip, but to my surprise we had a fantastically productive day, getting one or two more setups than the schedule required and filming a huge amount of dialogue. And the scenes we shot are some of the most exciting in the movie. Barring a disaster, we should be able to finish tomorrow, though we will need a mix of different kinds of weather to make all tomorrow's shots match their contexts.

I'm starting to believe that we are doing something special with this film. The sex scenes were intended to cover a range of emotions that aren't usually seen in movies, and the actors are bringing these emotions to life vividly. It's good to feel that we are doing good work.
