Yet another difficult day of auditions. We think we've found an actor to play one of the supporting characters, but we have no candidates for the lead male role. Barring a lucky break, we now have to put an ad in a trade paper and do a cattle call--I hope that process doesn't take too long.

It was a pleasure to watch Edith read with the actors, though. The intelligence of her performing amazes me.

We got a lead today on one of the important locations, and the schedule is working itself out, so I'm feeling a little less crazy than I did yesterday.
