10 June 2001: Perfect Day

Well, I might have just had a perfect day. Why, you ask? Well...

  • I slept late, with my two black cats nearby, encouraging me to doze off
  • I saw two old episodes of All My Children, featuring my favorite departed characters
  • the weather was perfect
  • the number 6 train showed up immediately
  • I was on time or early to my destination
  • I saw a gay-themed movie that didn't leave me mad, sad, or bad-tempered
  • Had a nice dinner with Tony at Leshko
  • found some good import CDs at Virgin and Tower Records
  • Perhaps these seem like silly little things, but it's nice to have an uneventful day in New York City.

This is the last entry for now.
