for the sole purpose of reproduction in:

for the sole purpose of production of slides for lecture purposes only.
Film format:
The photographer hereby permanently transfers any copyright in all photographs produced per this order to the <_____> Museum.
Any use of these photographs other than for the purpose stated above, as well as their transfer or sale to a third party, is in violation of this agreement.
The following credit line must appear, under or alongside each photograph or in a separate credits listing in all publications and in all promotional materials reproducing these photographs:

The <_____> Museum will be provided with one copy of the contact sheets of all exposures, for its records. One copy of the publication must be submitted to the Museum.
A service fee of $X per hour will be charged for staff services, security, conservation and technical requirements, authorizations, and implementation of this agreement.
Client assumes responsibility for and will compensate the <_____> Museum for any damage to Museum collections or property which may occur as a result of this photographic work, including equipment movement, or the handling of works of art/archaeological artifacts. All conservation and security requirements of the Museum, as instructed by Museum staff, must be observed.
Artist's copyright: permission to use works of art in which artist's copyright is currently valid must be obtained by the client from the artist or copyright holder, and written notification of such must be submitted in writing, in advance. the client will indemnify the <_____> Museum against any claims and costs arising from his/her failure to obtain this permission.
The photographer, publisher, and author will be jointly and separately responsible for all their obligations according to this agreement, and each will also guarantee the obligations of the others.
