I was watching the heron from the other side of the pond and it became clear
               that it was up to something. It was stalking along the bank, slowly and 
               purposefully, its eyes always fixated on the same spot. After a few minutes 
               of this the heron stepped into the water, still stalking, and in a flash it
               dipped down into the water and ... you can probably take it from there.
