1 medium cabbage, shredded finely
1 sm package cellophane noodles (rice noodles)
⅓ pound chicken, shredded (or pork, sliced thin)
1 bunch scallions
1 jar peanuts, dry roasted, crushed
Sauce:
1 cup fish sauce
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 to 5 cloves garlic
Combine salad ingredients. Blend sauce ingredients, pour over salad right before serving, and toss to blend
