2 cups macaroni
5 ounces sharp cheddar cheese grated
3 ounces raclette cheese cubed
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoondry mustard
1¾ cups heavy cream
¾ cups milk
1 tablespoon. butter
1 paprika
Preheat oven to 375°.
Cook macaroni and drain. Melt butter and add flour, salt,and dry mustard. Add heavy cream and milk and whisk until well blended. Heat until hot but not boiling. Add all three cheeses and stir until melted. Grease a 9 inch pan and add macaroni. Pour cheese sauce over and stir. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 25 minutes. Broil for a few seconds until top is just golden. ENJOY!!!!
