John's Super Bowl Salsa

I call this my Super Bowl Salsa, and it is the best salsa on earth! :)
Maybe somone, somewhere will like this!

1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 large Yellow Onion
⅓ bunch cilantro, about ⅓ cup Compressed
2 Whole jalapeño Pepers
2 dried Poblano Peppers
2 Sun Dried Chipolte
2 ounce balsamic vinegar
1 dozen Roma Tomatoes
¼ cup Fresh Cracked Pepper
1 tablespoon Fire Water
1 Heap tablespoon Salt, to Taste

In a skillet, add olive oil and red wine vinegar. Braze garlic and onion until almost tender.

Microwave the poblano and chipolte peppers for 3 minutes in water.

Finely chop fresh jalapeño.

In a food processor add all the brazed onion and garlic and purée. Then add the poblano and sun dried pepper and purée with onion.

Add all 12 tomatoes and cilantro and purée ½ way.

Crush fresh pepper with a rolling pin and add to salsa along with the balsamic vinegar/ Firewater and salt to taste.

Add finely chopped jalapeño pepper and just hit the mix key on the food processor.
