Recipe from: San Francisco Chronicle
Servings: About 1 cup.
8 Cloves garlic, chopped
2 Onions, chopped
2 chipotle Chiles, chopped
1 pinch Ground Cloves
¼ teaspoon Thyme
Black Pepper
1 Lemon, juiced
2 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
Combine all ingredients and serve as desired.
