Servings: About 2 cups
1 ½ cup finely chopped red onion (about 2 medium)
¾ cup Finely chopped tomato (about 1 medium)
¼ cup chopped green onions (2-3 medium)
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
Mix all ingredients in a boul. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
