Servings: 3 cups
1 ½ cups chopped peeled mango
1 ½ cups chopped tomato
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped seeded jalapeño pepper
1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl; cover mango mixture, and chill.
