Here is my cajan salsa recipe, I hope all will enjoy it.
5 medium tomatoes
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
3 red chilies
3 green chilies
1 half cooked sausage
4 tablespoons Tabasco
1 cup cooked white rice
1 half cooked chicken breast
5 habanaro peppers cooked and dried
3 tablespoons Texas joy seasoning salt
3 tablespoons crushed black pepper
Make Sure meat is cooked and finely chopped, chop all vegetables to desired thickness. Add salt to your liking.
