2 scallions, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
In a large bowl, stir together the ingredients. Serve fresh at room temperature
