Servings: About 2 quarts
Good with salmon fillets.
3 tomatoes
1 fresh pineapple
1 fresh papaya
1 green onion bunch, sliced
1 fresh cilantro bunch
2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 teaspoons salt
Core and dice the tomatoes. Peel and dice the pineapple. Peel, seed and dice the papaya. Combine all the ingredients and chill well.
