350 grams banana prawns
100 grams straw mushrooms, cut in half
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 chopped red chile — phrik che fa
5 spring onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 tablespoon cooking wine, or Chinese rice wine for cooking
1 tablespoon cornstarch
other vegetables if you want to add
oil
1 teaspoon, or to taste, Squid Brand fish sauce
2 tablespoons light sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
Mix shrimp, garlic, light soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch together. Marinade for about 30 minutes.
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add marinated pork and stir until almost cooked. Add straw mushrooms, chile, onion, cooking wine, oyster sauce and a sauce. Stir all ingredients well. When pork is cooked, take off the fire. Serve immediately with hot steamed rice.
