• Newton Package Installer (NPI) Version 2.0 for Windows
  286K self-extracting archive from Apple. Use the Newton Package Installer to install packages from your Windows computer onto your Newton personal digital assistant (PDA). Note: Version 2.0 of the Newton Package Installer is designed to work with Newton PDAs that use the Newton 2.0 operating system.
• StuffIt Expander For Windows
  349K Binary from Aladdin. StuffIt Expander for Windows expands files from the most popular archiving and compression formats found online, including StuffIt* (.sit) and ZIP (.zip). StuffIt Expander will also expand files in uuencoded (.uue), BinHex (.hqx), and MacBinary (.bin) formats, such as those commonly found on the Internet. Other archive formats supported include ARC (.arc), Arj (.arj), and gzip (.gz). StuffIt Expander will also expand self-extracting archives created by StuffIt, ZIP, and Arj.
• WinLINX
  WinLinX Office Companion enables APPLE NEWTON to work with data of all major MS OFFICE 95 applications. Users simply drag their PC-files straight into the WinLinX Connection Manager. Connecting their NEWTON to the PC once a day the WinLinX Connection Manager keeps track of all the changes on PC and NEWTON. Intelligent wizards assist the exchange configuration. For all users of MS Schedule+ the NEWTON now is a real alternative to common organizers. The E-Mail client for MS Mail and MS Exchange allows mobile workgroup computing and access to global mail services, using the PC as central mailbox. PC Databases can be downloaded to the NEWTON to browse data outside the office or to collect data. Text documents and spreadsheets can be taken on the road.
• Winslurp
  A windows front-end to the Newton program Slurpee. Slurpee is a shareware program which was designed to transfer paragraphs or tab-delimited text between a text file and Newton soup entries via a terminal emulator and serial connection. (see Communications Software section.)
