Comments:
This company sucks ass. They continuously send paychecks late and try to shift blame onto me. I now double fax all my timesheets and and keep the conformations. They are required by company policy to offer paid holidays after 14 weeks of employment at the same company; I have never met anyone who has actually recieved this. They give people assignments that are short and spaced apart so that no- one is eligible for benefits. Representitives. forget you unless you call them every day.

They also discriminate according to gender; women are almost always placed in clerical or reception type jobs, while men are given jobs working with computers, proof reading, and shipping. (The latter tend to pay better). They actively discourage people from registering w/ different agencies and I have actually been hinted at (not in so many words of course) that the 'prime' assignments go to people who are only registered at Addeco.

Many of the employers I was given are creepy, small outfits. One supervisor I had made some inappropriate comments in my precence and when I told my agent about this, and asked me to find me a new position, she assured me that she had something for me. After I quit that position she 'forgot' to submit me for the better job and didn't return my calls for weeks. It almost seemed as though I were being punished.

They are truly terrible and I have had nothing but bad experiences with them.
