Comments: Generally, I don't have complaints with this agency. They have lots of work, even if the jobs are not terribly interesting. I can't tell if this is because of their clients, or if it's the nature of the business at the moment.
I've had to work in a few semi-abusive situations, and Quantum's main worry was whether or not the client was satisfied. It irked me that they would assume that the client was always right, even when they know that I'm a capable worker and not given to overreacting.
Despite this, I'll probably stick with Quantum until something better comes along.
