This agency is large and keep you waiting. If you have three hours to spend, then this is the place.
I was surprised when I couldn't come into work to the temp job and didn't have the telephone number, I called that agency and got the counselor's voice mail at 9:00 a.m. I left a message and told them to please call the job and to tell them I couldn't come in and that I was available by beeper, to page me.
Apparently she didn't come in to the office (not my problem) and then called me at three in the afternoon to say on my answering machine "I would appreciate the courtesy of letting know that when you are not showing up". I immediately called her and she denied receiving voice mail and my message.
This one was not too bright. I received a call from another woman asking if I was available, when I called I asked for the original counselor, she picked up the phone and said "you're the one who didn't show up to work". So I realized that this agency was a no go.
They are quite busy, but send to bad companies like the Dept. of Health and city agencies. Maybe if you get a better counselor, this place might be a go, but I found it irksome.
