Although I no longer work for Advantage, I fondly remember my experience with them, and would go back if I had to start temping again. The counselors were all friendly, upbeat, and personable. The assignments were 95% either wonderful or neutral. (Neutral isn't bad sometimes, you know?) The 5% remainder were horrifying, but not because of Advantage. Mostly because of the horrifying individual I had to work for, at whatever location. I was always able to make a "graceful exit" from such assignments, with no penalties.
