Tiger has some of the most comprehensive assessments I have ever seen. Most agencies give "point-n-click" tests which I scored very high on. Tiger's recruiters are friendly and nice, they will sit with you and go over the tests line by line so you understand your mistakes and different ways to do things. They also offer free training, which is very through, all of the trainers I had in class and labs were amazing. I was surprised that their staff is so knowledgeable. The rates were competitive. I never had any problems with the staff, all of the staffing placement counselors helped me when I needed to call out or change my shift. I HIGHLY recommend this agency. My friends recommended me when I moved to NY and although I registered with other agencies at first, this is the only one I want to work with now.
