Comments:
I feel that this company is unprofessional and not at all courteous. When I applied to a position in a company through a friend they told me that this was a temp postion and I went to the temp Agency Adecco. I had an appointment around 10:00 o'clock and they made me wait there for three hours filling out paperwork and waiting. Then they made me take a computer test. Which took another 2 hours. Finally when I spoke with a representative she told me about the position and what I would get paid per hour. When I tried to ask a few questions on how the agency benfited from this, she tried to avoid the question. It seemed a little low but I was willing to give it a chance. I worked hard for the company that I was assigned for 7 months and received compliments on my performance. During my time at the company I was still curious on how Adecco benefited from their employees. I found information that they recieved from the companies My time was almost up as a temp and I was getting worried. I also felt that I took on alot of more responsibilities and I felt it was time to ask for a raise. Also I heard from a source that the temp agency profited by getting paid through the companies they found people for by each hour a employee works, they receive 30 to 50 percent more then the employee. For example if a employee receives $10 per hour, Adecco would make $3 to $5 and hour. When I found this out I was amazed. When I called to ask for a raise, they told me that I was getting paid the highest compared to other people, which ZI found out it was not true. Then I started asking questions about Adecco and asked if they received 30 to 50 percent. Then they started being rude and uncourteous. They didn't answer my question and I felt that they diod not deserve 30 to 50 percent bec ause they do not do the job that the hard working employees do. Second, they did not find me the job, a associate of mine introduced me to this job and I felt that this was unfair. Adecco told me that doesn't matter it is in the contract I can no longer discuss about Adecco. I felt that this was going nowhere so I left the job and never went back to the agency again. I do not recomment this agency to anyone.
