I highly recommend Quantum, especially for actors. They are very professional and the agents really care if you're happy at a job, as well as if the clients are happy with you. I had an assignment once that was just unbearably awful, and my agent pulled me right out of there and placed me somewhere else within a day. They always had work for me when I needed it. They also have a referral bonus of $100 (currently) which I have taken advantage of a couple of times. Overall, the best I've worked for in every respect.
