As someone on this site said before, the recruiters really drop the ball on their work. I had a great meeting with a recruiter, great work history, high test scores, and . . . nothing. Never heard from them, only got voice mail. Never responded to e-mail or messages. I haven't had problems elsewhere, so it's not me. They were nice, but you shouldn't have struggle to get their attention.
