It's really true. Maybe it should say "a few women". They're not that many. (OK, it shouldn't say "literally" either.. I've never seen anyone literally throw themselves. Sue me then.) Anyway, a few women or some women, if you fall for one, that is all it really takes. And it happens more often when the wife is on the other side of the planet and your head is out of order due to alcohol, leaving any thinking to be done by the smaller and way stupider one. Woman readers may at this point in the discussion harbor quite a bit of disbelief at the notion that any of their fellow sisters can find this combination charming in a potential mate: a) mental impairment (causing subject to devote life to air vibrations), b) lack of money, c) alcoholism and/or drug abuse, d) the possibility of future frequent long-duration absences. But I've seen it with my own eyes... perhaps the women in question can't see all these things clearly, perhaps they see a more of the glamorous artiste and less of the drunken imbecile that's only available until check-out time for a brief sex act. Or perhaps they see something else entirely, or have other goals. I should start a survey...
