From our most recent newsletter: We're returning to Wharton (see the the July 14-16 trip), but to a different and more primitive campsite. Our site, along the Wading River and near a town with that name, has pine trees and is sandy. We're bringing our own tables because none are provided. This will be our last, and probably our best, river trip of the summer. Outhouses. Running water but no flush toilets. Date of our last visit: August 18-20, 2006 Town: Wading River State: NJ
