Have you ever been to a caucus?\u201d<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span> <span style=\"color: blue;\">When she indicated yes, he rebuked her \u201cNo, you haven\u2019t. You\u2019re a lying dog-faced pony soldier.\u201d<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span> <span style=\"color: blue;\">The phrase was an allusion to a line in a John Wayne movie that Biden had used before.
