The database includes over 65% of the industry\u2019s top 1,500 managers by assets under management.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: blue;\">Hedge funds either controlled or managed by a minority or female leader had a return of about 6.6% over the past three years, compared to about 3.9% for their peers, the analysis of Bloomberg\u2019s hedge fund database found.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: blue;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/M4cP3Zk.png\" width=\"450\" \/><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In news that should surprise no one, hedge funds run by white guys under perform those of women and minorities by about 41%.
