The changes will not affect full-time employees. <\/p>\n<p> Whole Foods said it was making the change &#8220;to better meet the needs of our business and create a more equitable and efficient scheduling model.&#8221; <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>When I hear, &#8220;Create a more equitable and efficient scheduling model,&#8221; I think irregular schedules and more precarious work situations.<\/p>\n<p>In Bezos world, happy employees are a sign of failure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is anyone surprised that now that Amazon has bought Whole Foods, it is cutting out medical benefits for a large portion of its workers?
