{"id":179545,"date":"2018-01-06T21:10:00","date_gmt":"2018-01-07T02:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.panix.com\/~msaroff\/40years\/2018\/01\/06\/what-a-surprise-5\/"},"modified":"2018-01-06T21:10:00","modified_gmt":"2018-01-07T02:10:00","slug":"what-a-surprise-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.panix.com\/~msaroff\/40years\/2018\/01\/06\/what-a-surprise-5\/","title":{"rendered":"What a Surprise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>That Jewish lawyer that Kayla Moore invoked to defend her husband, Roy Moore from accusations of anti Semitism <a href=\"https:\/\/forward.com\/fast-forward\/391448\/roy-moores-real-jewish-attorney-is-revealed-and-hes-found-jesus\/\">is not Jewish<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: blue;\">Kayla Moore, the wife of failed Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore, has revealed the identity of the Jewish attorney she cited to defend her husband from anti-Semitism charges \u2014 and that attorney is a Christian.<\/p>\n<p>The identity of the lawyer was the subject of intense curiosity in the Jewish community ever since Kayla Moore <a href=\"https:\/\/forward.com\/fast-forward\/389829\/roy-moores-wife-one-of-our-attorneys-is-a-jew\/\">proclaimed at a campaign rally last month<\/a>, \u201cOne of our attorneys is a Jew.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Moore <a href=\"http:\/\/www.al.com\/news\/index.ssf\/2018\/01\/roy_moores_wife_reveals_their.html\">told local news website AL.com<\/a> on Thursday that she was referring to Martin Wishnatsky, a staff lawyer at the Foundation for Moral Law, which she runs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Wishnatsky, who got a doctorate in political science from Harvard University in 1975, says that he accepted Jesus Christ as the son of God two years later.
