None of that Chicago dog nonsense: no relish, no pickles, no salad garnish, no ketchup. Well, ketchup is okay\u2014if you\u2019re under six years old. Don\u2019t hate me, Chicago. I was rooting for the Cubs, but you don\u2019t know how to eat a goddamn hot dog. [<i>Katz&#8217;s hotdog is also considered to be sublime<\/i>]<\/li>\n<li>Pastrami is meant to be eaten with mustard.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with the guys that cut the meat. [May apply in New York City only]<\/li>\n<li>When you say white bread, I think of Wonder Bread, which is \u2026 I don\u2019t know what it is. But it should be illegal.<\/li>\n<li>If we\u2019re calling a spade a spade, a reuben is not a real sandwich. No true Jewish deli would have had cheese [with meat], ever. So how could you make a reuben without cheese? The short answer is, you can\u2019t. It\u2019s a fictional sandwich.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>My goal is to make the world&#8217;s second best latke; your first should be made by a family member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I would suggest reading the rest.
