Bush] did \u2013 one of the right things he did was treat this as a war on terror.\u201d <\/span>  <span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/>Giuliani added, \u201cWe had no domestic attacks under Bush. We\u2019ve had one under Obama.\u201d <\/span>  <span style=\"color: blue;\"><br \/>Of course, we had a very memorable domestic attack under Bush. The \u201cone\u201d under Obama, in this case, apparently referred to \u201cUnderwear Bomber\u201d Umar Abdulmutallab, who attempted to detonate a concealed explosive on a flight from Amsterdam to Detroit, but who failed.
