Microsoft is now adding a third option: <a href=\"http:\/\/answers.microsoft.com\/en-us\/insider\/forum\/insider_wintp-insider_repair\/now-available-start-fresh-with-a-clean-install-of\/55a2f3c7-4795-4685-b3ee-20187684c511\">a new refresh tool<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Currently available only for Windows Insiders, the new tool fetches a copy of Windows online and performs a clean installation. The only option is whether or not you want to preserve your personal data.
